12x3 Boxing is a boxing club in Aldgate, East London, founded by former IBF world middleweight champion Darren Barker and former GB captain Ryan Pickard. The focus is authentic boxing, led by experienced boxers and champions, for recreational trainers and competitors alike. The timetable runs from a beginners' Fundamentals class through all-levels bag work and boxing to an intermediate technical class, with Ringcraft sparring for advanced boxers and Fight Camp for those preparing to compete. There is a non-contact kids' class for ages seven to eleven and mother-and-baby boxing, while regular adult classes are for those aged 16 and over. The club also offers one-to-one and group coaching, venue hire, boxing retreats, fight-night events and a ring with showers and lockers on site.
