Arendal BJJ er en IBJJF-registrert akademi i Arendal som tilbyr brasiliansk jiu-jitsu, både med og uten gi. Treningene passer for ungdom og voksne fra 15 år, fra grunnleggende teknikker for nybegynnere til økter for viderekomne med blått belte og oppover. Det er også åpen matte med fri sparring og drilling. Instruktørteamet har erfaring på flere nivåer, med hovedinstruktør og flere svartbeltere, brune belter og et lilla belte. Klubben bruker Spond til å organisere treningene, og nye medlemmer får invitasjon til gruppen gjennom instruktørene.
