Fightzone London is a multi-discipline martial arts academy founded in 2012 by Marco Canha, a CheckMat black belt, alongside James Roach and Cristina Sempere. What started as a BJJ-focused gym expanded rapidly to become a full combat sports facility. Today, with around 40 coaches and over 150 classes weekly, it teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, no-gi grappling, wrestling, judo, boxing and MMA. The academy is committed to making martial arts accessible to all, running free community programmes in partnership with local councils and schools.
