Flow305 is a family-oriented Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy in the Kendall area of Miami. It teaches both gi and no-gi, with a beginners track and a more advanced track for adults and teens, plus separate kids' groups for mini-rollers and juniors and a kids' competition class. Kickboxing classes focus on striking fundamentals, conditioning and partner work. The schedule includes pre-dawn and midday adult sessions for busy professionals, and a weekend open mat. The academy is a registered IBJJF/USBJJF school with two mats, a rotating team of professors and coaches, and community events such as an annual winter camp and in-house competitions for newer students.
