Gladiator Jiu Jitsu Family is a family-oriented Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy in Montclair, California, serving the surrounding Inland Empire communities including Pomona, Claremont, Ontario and Upland. Programs run from preschoolers through teens and adults, with self-defense woven into the curriculum. The school is led by Kenneth Penn, a 2nd-degree black belt and IBJJF No-Gi World Champion, alongside lead instructor Michelle Penn. Training emphasizes life skills such as focus, discipline, respect and confidence, and no prior fitness or coordination is needed to begin. The academy is a registered IBJJF/USBJJF team, displays a wall of black belts earned by its students, and welcomes parents to watch classes. It also hosts birthday parties and a summer camp.
