Gracie Barra Southlake is a family-focused Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy teaching the Gracie Barra curriculum in both gi and no-gi. It serves students from toddlers with their parents through kids, teens and adults, with a dedicated women's program and beginner-friendly fundamentals classes alongside more advanced sessions with live rounds. Instruction comes from certified black belts, including an IBJJF world champion in the Masters divisions, and the team is background-checked and CPR and first-aid trained. A kids' room lets siblings play while parents train, and a competition team is available for those who want to compete.
