SPES Martial Arts Gym is a multi-discipline combat sports facility in Aizawl, Mizoram, offering training in BJJ, kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, muay thai, karate, taekwondo, and other fighting systems. The gym serves as headquarters of the Mizoram State Mixed Martial Arts Association (MISMA), and affiliates with regional and national jiu-jitsu organizations. Known for developing competitive fighters—recent trainees have won state championships and signed with ONE Championship—the facility has hosted professional-level seminars including instruction from USA-based IJA black belt professors. Samuel Lalrozâma Hmar, a black belt across multiple styles and MISMA's Technical Chairman, leads the gym.
