The Center - Human Development

The Center - Human Development is a martial arts academy in Boca Raton, Florida, built around the idea of developing body, mind and spirit together. The curriculum covers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Aikido and Krav Maga, alongside tactical self-defense and functional training. Children are grouped by age in branded programmes (Tiny Warriors, Young Guardians and Junior Defenders), while adults train in the Adult Protectors program. A separate law enforcement course teaches self-defense with weapons training, and a theory course in a multimedia classroom focuses on mental and emotional training and decision-making. The academy is registered with USBJJF and the IBJJF and is led by co-founder and head instructor Rodrigo Prujansky. Facilities include a dedicated jiu-jitsu mat and two tactical training rooms.
