Llanelli-based Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and submission grappling academy led by Ashley Williams, a Polaris champion and three-time IBJJF European Champion competing under the Draig affiliation. Offers classes for beginners through experienced competitors, with dedicated kids sessions from age five. Ashley trained for over 24 years and earned his black belt under Chris Rees, bringing elite-level instruction across all abilities. The academy is part of Draig, a UK-wide BJJ and MMA affiliation with around 410 members across seven teams based in South Wales.
