Five Peaks Jiu Jitsu
Jeszcze bez opiekuna na MatadorzeJiu Jitsu
Five Peaks Jiu Jitsu is a family-friendly Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy in the Tierrasanta neighborhood of San Diego. It runs separate kids and adult programs, with adult classes pitched so beginners feel comfortable while experienced practitioners stay challenged, covering self-defense and competition technique in both gi and no-gi. Students range from young children to seniors, and newcomers can try a class for free before committing. The academy is registered with the IBJJF and has a club presence on Smoothcomp for tournament entries. Led by Professor Mark Bondoc, who began teaching before opening the academy, it has built a welcoming community, and an on-site retail store supplies gear.
