Grow Jiu Jitsu is a Bicester-based BJJ academy founded by Natalie Day, the first female black belt under Mauricio Gomes in the Roger Gracie lineage. The gym teaches gi and no-gi classes from its home venue and extends instruction into three local primary schools through weekly kids' and teens' clubs alongside PSHE-aligned workshops. Community stands out for a strong competition culture — students medal regularly at IBJJF, English Open and British Nationals — and for dedicated female instruction. Training includes a competitive squad by invitation and welcomes newcomers with free trial lessons.
