Paragon Gym

Paragon Gym is a boxing and kickboxing gym in the basement of Walker House in Shoreditch, East London. It was set up by the Lawson family, a group of world-champion kickboxers, and runs its own grading system with Paragon black belts and dan ranks. Newcomers of all experience levels start on structured beginner courses in either sport, then move into a levels-based programme of intermediate and advanced classes. There are separate kids' kickboxing groups, mixed and women's sparring sessions, and a competition training squad for kickboxers. Personal training, group and corporate sessions are also available. Facilities include changing rooms, showers and a free weights area, plus a small sportswear shop. Instructors are active competitors with ICO, WKU, WAKO and WKN results.
