Youth programs include jiu-jitsu, boxing, wrestling and a homeschool class, and there is a dedicated women's program. The building has a boxing ring, a generous matted area and a separate private training space called The Jungle Gym. Members can train outside staffed hours with key-code entry. Head coaches hold black belt and USA Boxing credentials, and the atmosphere is described as family-friendly.
