Boxcentric

Boxcentric is a combat fitness club in a quiet Knightsbridge mews, which describes itself as Central London's first of its kind. Boxing, Muay Thai, Sanda kickboxing and Kung Fu are taught by coaches who include former professional boxers and licensed British Boxing Board of Control coaches. Classes suit complete beginners through to experienced athletes, and sit alongside HIIT, strength and kettlebell sessions, personal training and nutrition coaching. A ring, a heavy-bag area, weights equipment and showers are on site. The Kid Centric programme keeps groups small, splits them by age and ability, and uses DBS-checked coaches, with an in-house inclusion lead. Corporate memberships and bespoke staff classes are also available.
