Gracie La Mesa Jiu Jitsu

Gracie La Mesa Jiu Jitsu is a Gracie-branded Brazilian jiu-jitsu academy on Fletcher Parkway in La Mesa, California, registered with the USBJJF and IBJJF. The school teaches jiu-jitsu as a practical self-defense art to kids, juniors, teens and adults, from first-timers to experienced students. Adult training is split roughly evenly between gi and no-gi, and every adult class includes live sparring, while juniors test their techniques against resisting partners at the end of class. The timetable runs from a pre-dawn early-morning class through to evening sessions, with dedicated fundamentals, all-levels and no-gi classes. Newcomers can start with a free trial class, a trial week or a private intro lesson. The academy also runs a satellite mat in nearby El Cajon.
