IJC Martial Arts

IJC Martial Arts is a family-oriented judo and Muay Thai school in College Point, Flushing, Queens, serving the local community since 2011. Judo is the core program, with separate groups for preschoolers, kids, juniors, and teens and adults, plus a judo competition team, technical sparring and randori. Muay Thai kickboxing is taught to teens and adults through bag, pad and sparring classes. The second-floor facility offers a large climate-controlled training area with Olympic-sized cushioned mats, conditioning equipment and weight machines. Beginners with no experience are welcome, and students range from first-timers to ranked competitors. The school also runs occasional kids workshops, such as anti-bullying and self-defense, and offers private lessons.
