Lake Mohawk MMA

Lake Mohawk MMA is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense school in Sparta, New Jersey, led by owner and black belt instructor Frank Kerner. The school previously operated as Enforcers BJJ. Adults train gi and no-gi back to back during the week, while a kids' program starts from toddler age and continues through the pre-teen years. Beyond regular classes, the gym runs open mats, private lessons, seminars, a ladies' self-defense and fitness class, and occasional in-house tournaments that give newer competitors a first taste of competition. Newcomers need no prior experience and can try a free class. The gym sits in a plaza unit with on-site parking.
