Leighton Buzzard Martial Arts

Leighton Buzzard Martial Arts is a family-focused martial arts school based in a first-floor unit on Chartmoor Road. It teaches kickboxing and Muay Thai alongside self-defence and fitness training, with separate groups for juniors, cadets and adults so that each age range trains with its own peers. Beginners are welcome and no previous experience is needed, which makes it an approachable first step into combat sports for children and parents alike. The club emphasises building confidence, fitness, discipline and practical skills that last. Instructors are described as qualified, background-checked and insured, and the club says it is registered with the BMABA. A booking page lets newcomers arrange a trial and seasonal class passes for children.
