MMA Krav Maga Wapping

MMA Krav Maga Wapping is the east London branch of an organisation founded by Ricky Manetta, who also leads the class here. It teaches real-world self-defence rooted in Krav Maga and mixed martial arts, using scenario and pressure-test based training. The class is held in the John Orwell Sports Centre, a municipal leisure venue, and is open to all levels, with newcomers welcome and no prior experience needed. Loose, comfortable clothing is all that is required. The wider organisation also runs weapon-defence courses, a regular unarmed combat masterclass, private and small-group lessons, corporate sessions, instructor training and an online grading syllabus. Students are advised to contact the instructor before attending their first session.
