Renzo Gracie Nashville

Renzo Gracie Nashville is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in the Renzo Gracie lineage, founded by Professor Shawn Williams, one of Renzo's early black belts. The Brentwood location is where the school began, and it has since added a second branch in Belle Meade. The academy teaches gi and no-gi Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing for adults, along with structured kids programs for ages 4 to 13 that include a character-building element. An invite-only pro training team serves competitors, while the wider membership trains in all-levels classes. The Brentwood facility offers a large mat space with showers and locker rooms. The coaching staff is made up largely of black belts, many of them trained directly under the founder.
