Sabaidee Muay Thai Academy

Sabaidee Muay Thai Academy is a traditional, results-focused Muay Thai gym in Shoreditch, East London, training in a fully matted studio inside New City Fitness. Classes are open to all levels, with a dedicated foundations class for complete beginners, alongside boxing, combat sambo/MMA and no-gi BJJ sessions. The gym also runs a serious competition side, with a pro and amateur stable of more than twenty fighters and daily competitor training. Its coaches include title-holders from WBC, ISKA and WKO circuits, and the head coach has trained in Thailand with a focus on the clinch. Members can use open mat time between classes, and can add reduced-cost access to the host gym's weights area and yoga classes.
