SEVEN MMA

SEVEN MMA is a newly opened multi-discipline combat gym on Rye Lane in Peckham, south-east London. It teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu in both gi and no-gi, Muay Thai, boxing and mixed martial arts, with programmes for adults, teens and children. A dedicated beginners jiu-jitsu class gives newcomers a straightforward way in, and there is a weekly open mat for free rolling alongside a yoga class designed for martial artists. The club promotes discipline, confidence and fitness as its core values, and is launching with a limited founders membership scheme for its first members. As a brand-new gym it has no track record yet, so its timetable and offering may develop after launch.
