Stedfast Jiu-Jitsu

Stedfast Jiu-Jitsu is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu school in Missouri City, Texas, formerly known as ARKA School of Jiu-Jitsu. It keeps the same instruction and community under its new name. The program covers gi and no-gi BJJ for adults, a separate adult judo class, and kids' classes starting at age 4 split into younger and older groups. A women's-only class and a weekly open mat that welcomes non-members round out the offering. The teaching team is led by black belts, including Professor Sharon Emde, an IBJJF World Masters champion with a background in kinesiology and physical therapy who focuses on modified training. The school also hosts seasonal community events such as family nights, parties and holiday camps, and offers discounts for military members and first responders.
