Team Renegade BJJ

Team Renegade is a Birmingham mixed martial arts gym that trains everyone from complete beginners to professional fighters competing in the UFC and PFL. Its programme covers no-gi Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling, boxing, kickboxing and MMA, with dedicated sparring sessions and a separate daytime training block for pro and amateur fighters. The gym describes itself as the first in the UK to produce a UFC world champion, Leon Edwards, and is run by owner and coach Ash Begg. Alongside its fight team it offers kids classes, women-only sessions and private coaching, so newcomers train in the same room as experienced competitors.
