The Gunners Den

The Gunners Den is a small, purpose-built MMA and fitness studio in the Newcastle upon Tyne area, run by coach Paul "The Gunner" Colesby, an instructor with the British Combat Association. Training covers mixed martial arts, Krav Maga, kickboxing, Muay Thai, boxing and grappling, alongside strength and conditioning. Rather than a large group-class programme, the focus is on one-to-one personal training, private group sessions, boot camps and separate men's and ladies' fitness classes. Paul brings many years of martial arts experience and has trained with well-known MMA figures, including coaches and fighters from the Miletich camp. Visitors are asked to get in touch with the coach directly to arrange training.
