Three Strikes Jujitsu

Three Strikes Jujitsu is a small East London club training in a community hall in Chingford. It teaches two paths, Japanese and Brazilian jujitsu, through a practical self-defence lens, moving from strikes and locks to throws and restraints. The name refers to three deliberate strikes used to break balance and resistance so a technique can follow. Adults, children and every level from complete beginner to advanced train together in a relaxed, no-ego atmosphere built on discipline, respect and family. Experienced visiting instructors often train with the club and offer guidance. Private one-to-one sessions are also available, and newcomers can book a discounted first class. The club says it will not teach jujitsu to anyone who would use it to cause harm.
