Tristar Burlington BJJ

Tristar Burlington BJJ was founded in 2009 by Ahmad "Alex" Zahabi, who trained at Tristar Gym Montreal, and carries that renowned lineage. The instructor team features multiple international competition medalists from the Worlds, Pan Ams, and Europeans. The gym offers structured fundamentals classes in both gi and no-gi throughout the week for all levels, plus rolling hours for open practice. An invite-only competition class serves advanced athletes and competitors. New visitors receive a free trial week, or two weeks if they bring a friend.
