Warriors MMA Halifax

Warriors MMA is a community mixed martial arts club in Halifax, West Yorkshire, training out of the Body Station Halifax facility. The programme covers Brazilian jiu-jitsu in the gi, no-gi grappling, kickboxing and MMA, alongside strength and conditioning sessions, with separate classes for adults and juniors and family jiu-jitsu sessions that let parents and children train together. The club describes itself as friendly and ego-free, welcoming complete beginners as well as experienced grapplers and strikers, and newcomers can try a first lesson free of charge. A team of several coaches supports the head coach, and the club's juniors and adults gain experience at interclub competitions. It draws students from Halifax and the surrounding Calderdale towns.
