TBT Gym

TBT Gym is a family-owned, multi-location training center in McKinney, Texas, that blends combat sports with strength and fitness work. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is taught in the gi, alongside Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, wrestling and mixed martial arts. Kids and teens have their own age-based groups starting at age 3, and there is an after-school program for families. Beginners can start in the Fundamentals BJJ classes, while an invite-only Fighter's Fitness class serves amateur and professional fighters. The training floor includes a matted grappling area, heavy bags, free weights and Olympic lifting equipment, and a cage is visible in the gym's photos. The owners describe a welcoming family atmosphere, and the gym is part of a growing network of TBT locations across North Texas.
