Ethan Whike 📍 Blackpool, UK 🥋 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt 🎓 Under Professor Valmyr Neto I’ve been involved in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for as long as I can remember, training on and off throughout my childhood before making the decision at 14 to dedicate my life fully to the sport. Now 28, I’ve recently been awarded my black belt after 14 years of consistent training, development, and dedication. Over the years I’ve competed across the UK on a regular basis, especially in my earlier years, competing in events such as: * ADCC Trials / Opens * English Opens * British Opens * Grab & Pull events * BJJ 24/7 competitions In recent years I’ve focused more on coaching and refining my own game, while continuing to develop my skill set at a high level. I’m now looking to return to competition within the next year and make my black belt competitive debut, while continuing to build my coaching and athlete development work.
