Matador - Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Matador, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Matador.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use Matador. If you are 14 or older but under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use the App, and your parent or legal guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Matador for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sublicense, distribute, or make any commercial use of the App without our prior written consent.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of Matador, you may be required to create a user account. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use Matador only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.

If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you agree to use the App under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or display on Matador ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to upload any material that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on any third-party rights.

7. Intellectual Property

Matador and its content, features, and functionality are owned by The NFT Project Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Matador" is a registered trademark and protected brand. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Matador without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links

Matador may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You access and use third-party websites or services at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Matador, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Matador is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The NFT Project Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use Matador after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.

15. Event Participation and Liability

By attending or participating in any event, seminar, or activity organized through Matador, you acknowledge that participation involves physical activity and inherent risks.

You agree that The NFT Project Ltd and its affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation. Event organizers and attendees are solely responsible for ensuring their own safety, conduct, and insurance coverage.

16. Payments and Refunds

All payments for tickets, seminars, or other services are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

Refunds are only issued for cancelled events, unless otherwise specified by the organizer. Matador does not process refunds for scheduling conflicts, user cancellations, or no-shows.

All transactions are subject to the payment provider's terms and conditions.

17. Data and Privacy

By using Matador, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may collect information such as your location, usage data, and account information to improve our services and user experience.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through informal negotiation.

If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), with proceedings held in London, England.

You agree that the arbitration decision will be final and binding.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The NFT Project Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of Matador
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

20. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, strikes, internet outages, pandemics, or other acts of God.
