I offer Gi and NoGi jiu-jitsu seminars focused on high-percentage techniques that work in competition. I’m an active brown belt competitor and I teach techniques I regularly use in live matches. Seminars can be tailored to the gym’s needs and are suitable for all levels, with an emphasis on clear instruction, practical details, and effective training.
