We’re pleased to announce that we will have Ash Williams returning to Unity Jiu Jitsu in Essex to teach a seminar on Sunday 16th February - from 10am 🤼 For those that follow BJJ, Ash will need no introduction; one of the most prolific competitors on the professional circuit, as well as a highly successful coach of team Draig, he’s a superb asset to have visit. The session will cover front headlocks, and will be useful for beginners and advanced practitioners.
