Independent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym in Harringay, North London, founded in 2021, operating from the Epione Wellbeing Center. Led by Coach JC, a former British champion at black belt level, the gym offers comprehensive grappling training covering takedowns, pins, submissions and escapes. Classes serve kids and juniors with age-appropriate progression, plus adult fundamentals and mixed-level training. Private lessons and a trial class welcome newcomers to explore the sport. The team brings diverse backgrounds, including former boxing champions, creating a well-rounded training environment.
