5 Elements Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is a Gracie-style Brazilian jiu-jitsu school in Ormskirk, Lancashire, based in a unit at the Malthouse Business Centre. It presents itself as the only Gracie jiu-jitsu academy in the area, teaching the art with a strong self-defence focus in the tradition associated with Royce Gracie. Training is open to men, women and children from a young age, with separate age-banded kids' groups progressing from the youngest beginners through to teenagers.
