Alexandre Santos Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a North Melbourne academy established in 2015 by the late Professor Alexandre Dos Santos, a 5th degree BJJ black belt trained across both the Fadda and Gracie lineages. The academy has produced state, national and world champions and continues operating after the founder's passing in December 2024. They offer gi-based BJJ training for all ages from 5 years, with separate kids and adult classes. Kids classes run only during school terms with term-based gradings. The academy welcomes visitors with free trials available to Melbourne residents (by email booking only). Training takes place on their distinctive zebra mats.
