Alliance Jiu Jitsu Inland Empire is a family-owned Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy in Redlands, California, run by the Roxas family since 2024 and part of the Alliance lineage. Gi classes are led by Professor Melissa Cueto, a multiple-time IBJJF world champion, alongside Professor Laura Sileci, a no-gi world champion. The program ladder runs from toddlers and kids through teens-and-adult fundamentals, all-levels training and an advanced competition team, with a women's program as well. The academy offers scholarships for law enforcement officers and transitioning military veterans, and a lower rate for local charter school students. All instructors and staff complete a background check, and the gym is IBJJF-registered.
