Atlas Grappling is a family-run BJJ and grappling academy owned by Damien and Beth Nitkin. The gym teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both Gi and No-Gi formats, along with wrestling and judo, serving kids from age 5 through adults. With a mission to build "more than athletes—we're building people and a community," Atlas offers programs from fundamentals to competition training. The gym hosts community events and workshops, creating a culture focused on developing technical skill, character, and community bonds.
