Chiswick Boxing is a specialist boxing studio on the first floor of the Hogarth Youth Centre in west London. Led by Leon, a former fighter with more than 25 years in the sport and a long background in personal training, it offers coached group sessions for adults who want to learn to box or sharpen their skills. Classes split between pad, bag and conditioning work and technical sessions covering footwork, combinations, defence and ring craft, and suit complete beginners as well as experienced boxers. Numbers are deliberately capped so everyone gets attention, and sessions are booked in advance. The hall has a full-size ring, a range of bags and weights equipment, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. One-to-one lessons and personal training are also available.
