A boxing gym in Camberwell, South London, based at the Champion Hill Stadium ground and led by Clinton McKenzie, a former British and European champion, Olympic finalist and two-time Lonsdale Belt winner. The club combines boxing fitness classes built around pad work, bag work and high-intensity conditioning with one-to-one coaching and an amateur programme that prepares boxers for regular sparring and competition. Group sessions welcome all ages, genders and fitness levels, and there is a dedicated kids' class. The club's tagline is "Get fit without getting hit". Training takes place around a full boxing ring with heavy bags, in a friendly and focused atmosphere.
