Dragons Lair MMA is a family-run martial arts academy in Sebring, Florida, led by black-belt instructors Hank and Mindy Henry with lineage tracing to the Gracie family. The gym offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both gi and no-gi formats, as well as kickboxing, wrestling and boxing. Programs range from kids' beginner classes to adult competition training.
