FLAG, short for Fit Like A Glove, is a community boxing gym in West Hampstead, run by its founder and head coach. Classes suit any level of experience and centre on pad work, technique and partner drills, with full-contact sparring available by request for those who want it. Alongside boxing there are conditioning and mobility sessions, plus women-only boxing and one-to-one or paired personal training. The gym has welcomed beginners, amateur fighters and charity fundraisers, and puts real weight on a friendly, supportive atmosphere, especially for women new to the sport. After starting out in hired studio space, it moved into a permanent home of its own, funded by a successful community Crowdfunder. It sits close to West Hampstead's tube and Overground stations. A boxing retreat and wellbeing workshops add to the offer.
