Folkestone Jiu Jitsu Team is an open gym welcoming all ages and abilities, run by two experienced Brazilian black belt instructors. Offering comprehensive BJJ training across fundamentals and advanced levels in both gi and no-gi formats, alongside beginners MMA, the gym serves a diverse community. Dedicated kids' classes span ages 3-5, 5-9, and 10-15, with a dedicated senior citizen BJJ class on Thursdays. A unique partnership with a local school provides access for students and special educational needs members. Spare gis are available for beginners to use while building their own equipment collection.
