Originally on one floor, it expanded within three years to accommodate growing membership. The gym offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both Gi and No-Gi formats, along with Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, and wrestling. Complementary fitness classes include strength training, yoga and pilates. Beyond combat training, FZN works with local councils and schools to provide free sessions to underserved communities.
