Gann Fight & Fitness is a family-oriented martial arts academy in Haslet, Texas, teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both gi and no-gi, kickboxing, Muay Thai and wrestling. Training takes place in a 5,000 square foot facility opened in 2022, with three separate mat areas. A team of black belt coaches leads classes for children and adults at every level, and students compete at IBJJF, Jiu-Jitsu World League and local tournaments. The wrestling program runs with a USA Wrestling partner club. The school describes a community where world champions and grandmothers train side by side, and where families make up a large part of the membership. New students can start with a free trial class.
