Grappling Technics is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and submission grappling school in Osborne Park, in Perth's northern suburbs. Opened in 2017, it is led by head coach Leigh Burger, an IBJJF-certified third-degree black belt whose lineage runs through Rigan Machado and John Will. Classes follow a warm-up, drilling, technique and partnered rolling format and suit everyone from complete beginners to advanced students. The academy runs programs for adults and kids, a First Responder plan and private lessons by appointment. Training is offered across the week, mornings and evenings, with no lock-in contracts and a free trial for newcomers. The academy is registered with the IBJJF.
