Ground Hammer Training Centre is a combat sports and fitness gym on Thorn Business Park in Rotherwas, Hereford. It teaches Brazilian jiu-jitsu in both gi and no-gi, MMA, wrestling and kickboxing/Muay Thai, alongside strength and conditioning and, since 2026, Pilates. Training takes place on a large rolling area, with an MMA cage and a functional fitness area with rigs. Children's groups start at age five, with separate classes for younger children, older children and teens, and there is a women-only BJJ class and a beginner BJJ class. The gym is a Reorg Supported Academy and a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, and it publicly supports those who serve.
