Harrow BJJ is a not-for-profit community Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programme hosted inside Harrow Central Mosque. It offers separate classes for young children, girls and women, boys and men, so families can find a suitable group. The women's class is ladies-only and led by a female instructor, while the boys' and men's no-gi classes are taught by Asim Hussain, a decorated British gi and no-gi competitor. Self-defence is part of the focus, beginners are welcome, and places in each class are limited, so early registration through the online form is advised.
