Impact Gym is a long-running Bristol MMA and BJJ facility established in 1982, described as the largest MMA and conditioning centre in the South West of England. The gym offers a comprehensive range of combat disciplines including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Wrestling, Boxing, Kickboxing, Judo, and submission grappling across all levels. It features state-of-the-art strength and conditioning facilities with free weights, racks, kettlebells, functional equipment, and cardio machines. Impact Gym provides specialised programming including a free weekly Blue Light Submission Grappling class for police and emergency-services workers and a female-only open mat, alongside junior classes for children aged 4-15.
