Ippon Gym is the Paraestra UK headquarters, founded and run by Jeff Lawson, who brings over 25 years of competitive martial arts experience. The gym offers a comprehensive range of combat disciplines beyond BJJ: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in both gi and no-gi, Judo, Wrestling, and Kids MMA.
